New antibody combo shows promise for Hard-to-Treat cancers

Summary
This early-phase study tests a new experimental drug, BI 765179, in adults with advanced solid tumors or head and neck cancer that has not responded to standard treatments. The study has two parts: the first finds the safest dose of BI 765179 alone or with another drug (ezabenlimab), and the second tests BI 765179 combined with pembrolizumab in head and neck cancer. Participants receive infusions every three weeks and are monitored for side effects and tumor response.
