First seen May 22, 2026 · Last updated May 29, 2026 · Updated 2 times
Summary
This study looked at how a new experimental drug (BI 1569912) changes the way the body processes three common medicines: repaglinide (for diabetes), midazolam (for sedation), and bupropion (for depression/smoking cessation). 18 healthy adults took the medicines alone and then again while on BI 1569912. The goal was to measure drug levels in the blood to see if there is an interaction. This study did not treat any disease.
