Summary
This is an early-stage study to test the safety and find the right dose of a new drug called BGB-B3227 for people with advanced or metastatic solid tumors. The drug will be tested both by itself and in combination with another cancer drug, tislelizumab. The main goals are to see how well the body handles the treatment and to look for any early signs that it might help shrink tumors.
