NCT ID NCT07608809
First seen May 29, 2026 · Last updated Jun 13, 2026 · Updated 1 time
Summary
This study looks at two different exercise approaches—blood flow restriction training and Pilates—for people with shoulder impingement syndrome, a common cause of shoulder pain. About 48 adults aged 18 to 55 with mild to moderate pain will be assigned to one of the two methods, added to standard care. The goal is to see which approach better reduces pain, improves movement, and strengthens the shoulder.
