First seen Jun 27, 2026 ยท Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study looks at whether adding a blood flow restriction cuff to targeted exercises helps adults aged 30-55 with mild to moderate knee osteoarthritis and bow legs feel less pain and move better. About 80 participants will be randomly assigned to do exercises either with or without the cuff. Researchers will track knee function, pain, and quality of life over 12 months to see if the cuff makes a difference.
