Summary
This study tests an experimental drug called bezuclastinib (CGT9486) in adults with nonadvanced systemic mastocytosis, a rare disease where too many mast cells cause symptoms like flushing, itching, and stomach issues. About 237 participants will receive either the drug or a placebo, plus standard care, to see if it reduces symptom severity. The goal is to improve daily life for people whose symptoms are not well controlled by current treatments.
