Summary

This study follows 300 young men who have sex with men (ages 18-24) living with HIV in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, for 12 months. Researchers will track how well they stick to their HIV medication, their viral suppression, and their mental health. The goal is to learn what helps or hinders their care and to find ways to make HIV services more supportive and effective for this group.
