Summary
This study aimed to understand how the cancer drug bevacizumab affects patients' blood vessels and blood pressure. It involved 13 adults with advanced colorectal cancer who were starting treatment with this drug. Researchers measured artery stiffness and blood pressure changes over four months to learn more about the drug's side effects and how they might relate to cancer treatment success.
