Summary

This study tests a 12-session group program called "Better Together" for adults with severe mental illness (like schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, or major depression) who are single and want to improve their romantic and social skills. The program focuses on communication, emotional regulation, and healthy relationship behaviors. Researchers will measure changes in relationship skills, quality of life, loneliness, and self-esteem before, after, and three months following the program.
