Summary
This study is testing a specific spinal anesthesia technique for patients getting hip or knee replacements. Doctors are using a special, lighter anesthetic fluid and ultrasound to target a specific spot in the lower spine. The goal is to provide enough pain relief for surgery while allowing patients to regain feeling and movement in their legs more quickly after the operation.
