NCT ID NCT05406414
Summary
This study tested a non-drug sleep program for adults with depression, bipolar disorder, or ADHD who also had significant sleep problems. The program combined talk therapy and sleep schedule adjustments. Researchers compared it to basic sleep education to see if it better improved sleep quality and reduced the need for sleep medications.
