Smart tech aims to solve nightshift sleep mystery

NCT ID NCT06670287

Summary

This study aims to develop a better way to measure sleep in people who work overnight shifts. Researchers are testing a new method that uses multiple sensors and machine learning to track sleep more accurately than current standard devices. The study will involve 100 nightshift workers, first validating the new method in a sleep lab and then testing it during four weeks of at-home use.
