Pharmacy Team-Up aims to keep arthritis patients on track
NCT ID NCT05413759
Summary
This study is testing whether a new support program helps people with rheumatoid arthritis stick to their prescribed medications. The program involves pharmacists and doctors working together, starting support during a hospital stay and continuing it after the patient goes home. Researchers will compare this team-based approach to usual care to see if it improves how regularly patients take their disease-modifying drugs over one year.
