Summary
This study aims to find a better way to diagnose serious prostate cancer. It will test if using a detailed MRI scan to guide a targeted biopsy is as effective as the current standard method, which adds many random samples. The goal is to accurately find cancers that need treatment while avoiding the discovery and overtreatment of harmless, slow-growing ones.
