New blood test could spot liver cancer sooner

Summary
This study aims to see if a new blood test score, called GAAD, can help doctors find liver cancer earlier in people at high risk. It will enroll 2,100 adults with chronic liver disease or cirrhosis. Participants will get standard ultrasound checks plus the GAAD score test every six months for two years to compare which method is better at catching cancer early.
