Search for a better kidney test
NCT ID NCT06797609
Summary
This study aims to find out which of two common blood tests is more accurate for measuring kidney function in people with nephrotic syndrome, a serious kidney condition. Researchers will compare the standard creatinine test with a newer test called cystatin C, using stored blood samples from 50 patients. The goal is to improve how doctors monitor kidney health in these patients.
