NCT ID NCT07511894

First seen Apr 10, 2026 · Last updated May 08, 2026 · Updated 5 times

Summary

This study looks at whether adding beta-blockers (a type of blood pressure medicine) to standard immunotherapy before surgery can help shrink tumors in people with locally advanced stomach cancer who also have high blood pressure. About 33 participants will receive the combination treatment, and researchers will measure how many have a major or complete tumor response. The goal is to see if this approach improves outcomes without increasing side effects.
