Morning vs. evening: finding the best workout time to fight fatty liver
NCT ID NCT07386665
Summary
This study aims to find out if exercising in the morning or evening is more effective for reducing liver fat and improving heart and metabolic health in postmenopausal women with fatty liver disease. It will involve 63 sedentary women who will be assigned to do supervised workouts in the morning, evening, or maintain their usual care for 12 weeks. Researchers will measure liver fat, blood markers, and gut bacteria before and after to see which timing provides the greatest health benefits.
