Timing is everything: could your therapy hour be the key to healing PTSD?
NCT ID NCT05453162
Summary
This study is investigating whether the time of day a person attends therapy affects how well it works for PTSD. 52 participants with PTSD are receiving a standard 10-session therapy called Prolonged Exposure, delivered remotely. Half attend sessions in the morning and half in the late afternoon, to see if one timing leads to better reduction in fear and symptoms.
