Summary
This study aims to find the best second surgery for people who have regained weight after an initial gastric sleeve procedure. Researchers will compare three different types of follow-up surgeries in 234 participants to see which one leads to the most weight loss, the fewest complications, and the best nutritional health. The goal is to provide clearer guidance for patients and doctors when a first weight-loss surgery doesn't last.
