Summary
This study aims to find out which PTSD treatment works best for military veterans. It compares three approaches: a specific talk therapy (Prolonged Exposure), medication (paroxetine or venlafaxine), or a combination of both. The goal is to help doctors predict which treatment will be most effective for each individual patient.
