Summary

This study looked at which combination of inhalers works best to open the lungs during a sudden worsening of COPD (called a lung attack). 37 people with COPD who were being treated for a lung attack took part. They used a gentle breathing test called oscillometry to measure lung function after different inhaler combinations. The goal is to find the best way to help people breathe easier and faster during these dangerous episodes.
