Summary
This study is trying to find the best type of heart procedure for people who have both a long-lasting irregular heartbeat (persistent atrial fibrillation) and heart failure. It will compare different techniques for a procedure called catheter ablation to see which one is most effective at keeping the heart rhythm normal and preventing serious health problems like hospitalization or death from heart issues. The goal is to improve quality of life and reduce risks for this high-risk group of patients.
