Summary

This study aims to find the best way for paramedics to help critically ill children breathe during emergencies like cardiac arrest or severe injury. It will compare three different airway management strategies used by Emergency Medical Services (EMS) on 3,000 children. The main goal is to see which method helps children survive and spend fewer days in the intensive care unit.
