Summary
This early-phase trial tests whether adding an experimental drug called berzosertib to standard chemotherapy (carboplatin and gemcitabine) can better treat ovarian, peritoneal, or fallopian tube cancer that has returned and spread. The study involves 35 adults with platinum-sensitive disease. The main goal is to find the safest dose and watch for side effects, while also tracking how well the tumors respond.
