Summary
This study tested whether drinking berry-flavored water with natural anti-inflammatory compounds could lower inflammation after intense exercise. Forty healthy but not very active adults drank the water and had their inflammation levels measured. The goal was to see if this simple drink could help reduce both resting and post-exercise inflammation.
