Summary

This study tests a daily medication called berotralstat to prevent sudden swelling attacks in children aged 2 to 12 with hereditary angioedema (HAE). About 29 children will take the pill to see how it works in their bodies and if it is safe. The goal is to find the right dose to keep them attack-free.
