Study offers ongoing HAE treatment access for prior trial participants

Summary
This study gives people with hereditary angioedema (HAE) who were in earlier berotralstat trials continued access to the medication. About 139 participants will receive the drug and be monitored for side effects and safety. The goal is to keep providing treatment while gathering long-term safety information.
