New combo pill aims to tackle diabetes and cholesterol in one go

Summary
This phase 3 trial tests a new combination drug called Berlim 25/20 for people with type 2 diabetes and high cholesterol. The study will see if the drug can lower blood sugar and LDL (bad) cholesterol better than current treatments. About 228 adults aged 18 to 85 who have not reached their blood sugar goals will participate. The trial is currently recruiting.
