First seen Apr 06, 2026 · Last updated May 20, 2026 · Updated 4 times
Summary
This study looks at whether taking berberine (a natural supplement) or doing short, intense sprint workouts for two weeks can improve mental health, energy, sleep, and immune cell function. About 40 adults with mild depression, anxiety, or stress will be assigned to berberine, sprint training, both, or a placebo. The goal is to see if these simple interventions can help wellbeing and reduce inflammation.
