Simple breathing exercises may improve sleep for lung cancer patients

Summary

This study looks at whether Benson relaxation exercises can improve sleep quality in people with lung cancer who are staying in the hospital. About 60 patients will be randomly assigned to do the exercises or not. The goal is to see if this simple, drug-free technique helps them sleep better.
