Summary

This study tests whether a whole food, plant-based diet can improve quality of life and dietary habits in 60 women with metastatic breast or stage IV endometrial cancer. Participants will receive behavioral education and nutrition delivery. The goal is to see if this diet is feasible and helps manage disease symptoms, not to cure the cancer.
