Italian study checks if patients stick with new cholesterol pill

Summary
This study aims to see how well patients in Italy stick with their prescribed bempedoic acid treatment for high cholesterol in everyday life. It will enroll 1,500 adults already taking the medication to track how consistently they take it and how much it lowers their 'bad' LDL cholesterol. The goal is to understand the real-world effectiveness and safety of this treatment.
