First seen Apr 21, 2026 · Last updated Jun 15, 2026 · Updated 9 times
Summary
This study aimed to see if combining two drugs, bemcentinib and pacritinib, could help people with advanced lung adenocarcinoma that had stopped responding to other treatments. Only 4 patients were enrolled before the study was terminated early, so no conclusions can be drawn about safety or effectiveness. The trial was designed to measure how long patients lived without their cancer getting worse.
