Summary

This Phase 3 trial tests a new drug called belzupacap sarotalocan (AU-011) for people with small choroidal melanoma or suspicious spots in the eye. The drug is injected into the eye and activated by a laser to target cancer cells. The study compares it to a sham (fake) procedure to see if it safely stops tumor growth and preserves vision. About 100 participants will be enrolled.
