Summary
This study looked at how the drug belumosudil affects certain proteins in the liver and gut that process other medications. Fifty-two healthy men took belumosudil along with other drugs to measure changes in how those drugs are absorbed and cleared. The goal was to understand potential drug interactions and ensure safe use of belumosudil in future patients.
