Summary

This study tests a combination of two drugs, belantamab mafodotin and venetoclax, with or without dexamethasone, in people whose multiple myeloma has come back and is hard to treat. The cancer must have a specific genetic change called t(11;14). The goal is to find the safest dose and see how well the drugs control the disease. About 45 adults will take part.
