Could shrinking radiation targets improve life for brain cancer patients?

Summary
This study tests whether giving radiation in a smaller, more focused area can reduce side effects and improve quality of life for people with glioblastoma, an aggressive brain cancer. About 347 participants will receive standard chemoradiotherapy, but half will get a smaller radiation target volume. The goal is to see if this approach is safe and helps patients feel better without shortening survival.
