New hope for myeloma patients who relapsed after advanced therapies

Summary
This study tests a combination of two drugs (belantamab mafodotin and mezigdomide) in about 44 adults with multiple myeloma that came back after treatment with CAR-T cells or bispecific antibodies. The goal is to see if this new combo can control the cancer longer. Participants will receive the drugs and be monitored for side effects and disease progression.
