Summary
This study tests a combination of two drugs, belantamab mafodotin and mezigdomide, in 44 adults with multiple myeloma whose cancer returned after treatment with CAR-T cells or bispecific antibodies. The goal is to see if the combo can control the cancer longer. The trial starts with a safety check (Phase 1b) before moving to the main Phase 2 part.
