NCT ID NCT07465315
First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study will test whether a behavioral program—including informative guidelines and social network support—can help adults in Spain reduce their exposure to environmental chemical pollutants. 740 participants aged 30-60 will be randomly assigned to either the program or standard healthy lifestyle advice. The main goal is to see if the program leads to a decrease in pollutant levels over 3 months.
