Summary

This study tests a 3-month coaching program to help people with coronary heart disease reduce their daily sitting time. 232 adults recently diagnosed with heart disease will either receive the coaching (face-to-face and phone sessions) or standard care. The goal is to see if the program helps them sit less, be more active, and improve their health over 6 months.
