Summary
This study compared two types of talk therapy—Behavioral Activation and Relapse Prevention—in 10 U.S. veterans with both alcohol use disorder and PTSD. The goal was to see if Behavioral Activation could help reduce drinking and PTSD symptoms. Participants completed surveys and interviews before and after 8 therapy sessions.
