Summary

This study aims to see if drinking beetroot juice affects grip strength and muscle activity in the forearm. Eight healthy volunteers will drink either high-nitrate or low-nitrate beetroot juice, and researchers will measure their grip strength and muscle signals before and two hours after drinking. The goal is to gather basic knowledge about how a dietary supplement might influence muscle performance.
