Summary
This small study looks at whether drinking beetroot juice can improve grip strength and change how forearm muscles work during exercise. Eight healthy volunteers will have their muscle activity measured before and after drinking beetroot juice. The goal is to learn more about how this natural drink might affect strength performance.
