Can a Beef-Heavy diet tame inflammation and improve health?

Summary
This study is testing if a diet where most calories come from beef can improve health markers better than a standard healthy diet. It will involve 56 adults who are overweight or have metabolic syndrome or pre-diabetes. Participants will follow one of the two diets for 5 weeks while researchers measure changes in inflammation, blood sugar, blood pressure, and weight.
