New combo therapy aims to stop daytime accidents in kids

NCT ID NCT06551246

First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026

Summary

This study looks at whether a combination of two drugs (solifenacin and mirabegron) at low doses works better than a high dose of either drug alone for children aged 5 to 14 with daytime wetting. About 236 children who did not fully respond to low-dose single drugs will be randomly assigned to one of four treatment groups for 18 weeks. The goal is to reduce the number of wet days per week.
