First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 13, 2026 · Updated 24 times

Summary

This pilot study tests a simple exercise program designed for high-risk pregnant women who are on bed rest in the hospital. The program includes resistance and strength training done while lying in bed. Researchers want to see if it improves physical health, emotional well-being, sleep, and quality of life compared to standard care. About 20 women will take part, and the study also checks if the program is easy to follow and satisfying.
