Virtual workouts may cut lung cancer risk by boosting gut bacteria

Summary

This study looks at whether a 12-week virtual exercise program with group counseling can change gut bacteria and reduce inflammation in smokers at high risk for lung cancer. About 65 people aged 50-77 who smoke or used to smoke will take part. The goal is to see if this approach is practical and might lower cancer risk.
