Summary

This Phase 3 trial is testing whether adding BDB-001 to standard treatments (cyclophosphamide, azathioprine, rituximab, or prednisone) helps more people with ANCA-associated vasculitis achieve remission. The study plans to enroll 300 adults with active GPA or MPA. Participants will be randomly assigned to receive BDB-001 or a placebo, and doctors will track disease activity using a standard scoring system.
