Summary
This early-stage study tests a new drug, BGB-11417, in 64 adults with B-cell blood cancers that have come back or not responded to prior treatments. The main goals are to find the safest dose and understand side effects. Researchers will also look for signs that the drug shrinks tumors, but this is not a cure and ongoing management is expected.
